Kaylah Saintil is a Research Associate with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University. She currently assists with Dr. Besser’s Urban Heat study, a study investigating urban heat island’s effect on Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia outcomes among older adults. Kaylah’s previous research training is in developmental psychology focusing on child cognition and attention. She hopes to use her interdisciplinary background to pursue a PhD in Cognitive Developmental Neuroscience.
